Obama-mania....continues

It is so ironical that extremes exist in the same society....one side we have leaders who can't think of anything except how to make fool of people, how to get elected no matter at what expense, and how to make maximum money while in power.

The other extreme is the leaders who wants to change the world, who seek peace not only in their country but in the world in general, and such leaders are everywhere except that their numbers are low and their influence is limited....well there was a silver lining in the name of Obama and he kinda of proved that such leaders will also come to prominence, and play a bigger role. His election will be a sign of encouragement to not just young dynamic folks in India but to the world. Although he achieved all this will meticulous planning and very sharp skills, but yes there is hope that such people will survive in future in different parts of the world.

Continuing with his rhetoric skills, which we all know by now. it is now time for Obama to take action. In his initial 10 days in office,

-He is picking vital positions based purely on credentials.
-He has asked for people from all over US to send their resume, and also released a 65 questions set who seek position in his office.
-The amazing thing he has done is created a new position called Chief Technical Officer who will handle the interaction of his office with the common people through internet, and the idea is to hear the actual voice of the people from not just US but from around the world, without media filtering.
-He also has decided to release weekly public address on you tube, posted on his official gov website http://change.gov/ Even people like us can send our story there. He is also urging people with ideas in his website.
-He has offered Hillary Clinton for Sec of State position. Rem she was his main rival in the primaries for democratic candidacy.
-He is also meeting John McCain, his main rival in the election and most likely he will be offered some position based on his potential.

All these are really unheard of in White House before, where politics of influence and lobbying has dominated for ages. So we all have at least something to look for, and someone to look upto in future.
